The Sisterhood is overseen by the members of the Dark Moon Council. It consists of Reverend Janine Griffiths, (founder)
and two High Priestesses...
Reverend Deborah Forrester, and Reverend Melissa Rowell, who have been formally Initiated into the Temple. These women comprise the Dark Moon Council, which is the Temple's governing body. Each member of the Dark Moon Council is a legally ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. In January of 2005, we were incorporated in the State of Florida as a not-for-profit spiritual organization. We are diligently working on our Federal 501c3 status. Once filed, we hope to be acknowledged by the federal government as a legally established "church"/religious organization with the same rights, privileges, and authority as any other mainstream ordained clergypersons."
