I am a priestess of the Sisterhood of Ahel Adom and ordained minister (through the Sisterhood and also through Moon Path Circle, Inc). I am the mother of two grown sons and 3 "furry" children. I am a healer, author, teacher and witch. (This is my definition of "witch" : W-Wisewoman, I-Intuitive, T-Transformer/Teacher, C-Consecrated, H-Healer). I have studied metaphysics and healing for over 20 years. I especially love quantum physics and theory. My passion is helping people to heal. I have done massage therapy and healing work as my daily work since 1999. I am a Reiki Master but over the years the healing work I do has evolved into my own methods of healing, which I also teach. In these accelerated times leading up to 2012, I have found myself cast into the role of "way-shower", helping people to navigate, understand and work with the current energies. It is a time of rapid change, clearing and consciousness ascending. It can be exhilarating, exciting and amazing as well as exhausting and challenging. I love all things Celtic (especially Irish and Avalonian) and Native American (especially Cherokee). Being Irish, English, Welsh and part Cherokee these are my physical as well as spiritual roots and ancestry. I work with and draw upon the healing and transformative powers of the Goddesses Bridgid, Danu, Morgan and the Lady of the Lake, whose mythologies intertwine and overlap throughout history. I walk with a foot in each world and my spirituality is my very nature and way of life. I couldn't be different if I wanted to. I believe that everything is sacred and God/Goddess/Universe/All-That-Is IS everything that exists. I am most at home in nature and love the mountains, oceans and forests. I feel the caress of the Goddess/Universe in the wind, the rainbow, the moonlight, the sun, the stars........ I live in constant communication with the Universe/Goddess as they reveal themselves in everything and as everything. The messages are there for all of us if we are open to receive them. If I have one thing to share, it would be this: We are all Divine, we ARE the energy of the Universe, of Divinity, of All-That-Is. There is no separation. We are all powerful. We can heal, we can prosper, and we can create the lives of our dreams.

I have always been a Seeker and so my life continues to be a delectable adventure. As a true eclectic and free spirit, I have found that I am in love with Women's Mysteries, the concept of ecstatic, natural creation, and the Goddess Herself...this concept being the magic of who I am as a human being and not an entity that lives outside of that which makes me - me.
I am a Master of the Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing, a member of CUUPS (Covenant of Unitarian Univeralist Pagans) and AREN (Alternative Religions Educational Network). I am a devout Ritualist and consider that the process of creating beautiful ceremonies and then sharing them with others (or not), carries me directly into the Heart of Nature, enhancing and expanding life with every breath.
I hold a Certificate of Ordination from the Universal Life Church as well as from my own incorporated women's temple, The Sisterhood of the Temple of Ahel Adom. Ahel Adom is a diverse gathering of women whose basic mission is to offer the gift of spiritual freedom to those who truly seek it. I am an Elder in Communion with Moonpath Circle, a formally Initiated Crone, and a Founder of the aforementioned temple.
I sing. I am a poet. Some call me Bard.
I am a Pagan Pantheist. I am a Priestess of the Goddess. I feel Her on my skin, see her in the budding elm. I hear Her voice in the wind and endeavor to be that voice as well.
~We are an integral part of Nature, which we cherish, revere and preserve in all its magnificent beauty and diversity. We strive to live in harmony with Nature locally and globally. We acknowledge the inherent value of all life, human and non-human, and treat all living beings with compassion and respect. ~World Pantheism Belief Statement

EN-ASH THE SILENT

En-Ash the Silent / Reverend Valan Evers, Past 2nd Vice President, Past Web-Mistress, Mistress of Blood and Fire
More than half a century ago, a sweet, pink, gurgling girl child was born to the Irish witch, Shirley Carney and her consort. The Gifts of the Craft ran strong in this family, and she was raised, with her many siblings, to revel in her heritage, to deny none of her gifts, but to develop the scholarly, magical, occult and artistic talents she was blessed with.
Formal Druidic came first – with an orderly progression through the ranks of Bard, Vate and Druid. But, the male-ness of the Druidic tradition rankled. The Grove she was a member of dissolved. There was a void in her life. There had to be something that said her true soul, something that was calling to her: elusive, yet undeniable.
The Goddess beckoned, but how to serve Her?
After a few years as a member of a local CUUPS group, she was Croned. Sophia Linus, the eldest in the Moonpath Covenant of UU pagans officiated at the ritual held during the DarkMoon in November, 2004. At that time she took the name Ash the Silent.
"...only in silence, the Word.”
“…bright the Hawk’s flight on an empty sky.”
U. K. LeGuin
In February of 2005, she was graced with an initiation into the Sisterhood of the Temple of Ahel Adom. At last she found her true sisters and her true path. …”and to Her we shall return…”
This Priestess is also a Broward County Certified Pre-Marriage Counselor, and in the mundane world holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Illustration and Photography. She is a College Professor, Artist and Author.
